WILDERNESS RANCH Association
The Wilderness Ranch Land Owners Association is governed by a Board of Directors consisting of seven directors elected by Association Members in good standing (members who have paid their $125 annual membership assessments for the year of the election may hold office and vote).
The Board of Directors meets twice each year, in July and October, and as many times as necessary in between to conduct the business of the Association.
The meetings in July and October coincide with the general membership meetings held the same days.

BIOS FOR UPCOMING ELECTIONS

My wife and I bought Little Bend Cabin (#299) five years ago. Since that time we have come to love Wilderness Ranch and everything it is supposed to be. I am interested in serving on the Board as someone who came to the Ranch from a distance and now am looking to settle in the area. Goals for serving would be:
1. Improve communication between the Ranch Board and Membership
2. Add benefits to Members with Summer Trash Containers and a permanent pavilion being placed at the communal lot.
3. Continue the work on the Fencing, pond-stocking, and Rd 38 maintenance.
In doing these things we should be able to grow the LOA and improve our overall situation.
